There was once a post with this title on the relevant topic, but it has been lost to an unfortunate database crash (coincidentally during a backup!) You have my sincere apologies for leading you down the wrong rabbit hole. However, I can say that my tutorial was based on the 2.0 SDK and likely wouldn’t be of much use as the 4.0 SDK is fast upon us.
